Capabilities in practice
Field notes
Research and observations that continue to shape how I notice systems, shared spaces and everyday behaviour.
A quieter space for noticing places, people and everyday life through images.
Visual stories can live here without needing to justify themselves as professional output.
Explore photographyI have a habit of untangling things. When information, files or processes start to feel messy or repetitive, I naturally want to work out how they fit together, make the process clearer, and gradually find a more efficient way of doing things. AI has become part of that process for me. I use it to work faster, question my own assumptions, spot gaps in my thinking, and improve how I work.
I’m deeply curious about people, unfamiliar fields and the way other people see the world. I’m an introvert, and often the listener in a conversation, but I enjoy talking with people and tend to build good relationships with clients and colleagues. Listening closely, offering a useful perspective and making people feel heard come quite naturally to me. At the same time, I’m comfortable expressing my own ideas, probably because I spend a lot of time thinking, writing and having conversations with myself.
I also care a great deal about words and images. Photography and writing are two of the ways I notice things: small details, atmosphere, and moments of beauty that might otherwise pass unnoticed. I like finding a form for those observations and sharing them with other people.
